Capturing Love's Soaring Moment: A Cappadocian Proposal

When Ben approached me to document his marriage proposal to Campbell, a renowned New Zealand sportsman, little did I know that Campbell had recently come out as gay, making headlines as the first openly gay All Black. The shoot took place in the enchanting landscapes of Cappadocia, beginning with a nervous start against the backdrop of hot air balloons at dawn. As we explored Çavuşin, Dervent, Paşabağları, Kızılvadı Panorama Hill, and Kılıçlar Valley, the couple's natural chemistry and comfort with the camera unfolded, resulting in extraordinary shots. The seven-hour session, enriched with drone photography, concluded with a heartfelt video capturing the essence of their special day. The images were later featured in magazines, and I'm grateful for the unforgettable experience.
